Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in practice management, preferably in optical or retail settings.
  • A strong passion for delivering quality eye care services and making a positive impact on patients' lives.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients effectively.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for eye health and commitment to patient-first care principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a positive attitude.
