Co-Ordination Manager

A dynamic opportunity exists for a caring and empathetic professional to lead our team as a Co-Ordination Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisation and administrative skills, with experience in Theatre Bookings and Surgical Quotes. They will also have a strong understanding of Gentu Medical Software and be proficient in working with various health funds and Medicare.

Key responsibilities will include managing clinical appointments, invoicing and receipting for consulting, and performing ad-hoc duties as required.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  1. Medium to expert level experience in theatre bookings and surgical quotes.
  2. Extensive knowledge of Gentu Medical Software.
  3. Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
