We are looking for a reliable and friendly Medical Receptionist that has preferably 1 - 3 years of experience to join our team.

Should be flexible with hours to cover other staff shifts.

Key duties will include:

- Greeting and billing patients
- Stocking and maintaining reception and consultation rooms
- Opening and closing the clinic
- General administration duties

To be considered for this role you must:

- Have experience as a Medical Receptionist.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Neat and professional presentation.
- Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently.
- Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner.
- Able to work under presssure.
- Experience in Best Practice
- A team player and is able to support the team on the front desk during the morning rush.

- Morning shift
