About The RoleARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company)is looking for a new team member to join our Townsville branch as an Operator where you will be bending and cutting bar, steel and mesh products for our customers' orders
You'll become part of a small yet high-performing team where your responsibilities will include achieving KPIs and fostering a safety-first culture.

As a key member of the team you will: Operate off-coil machines to shape and cut reinforcing bars and mesh Input job tags on machines to produce steel products MIG Welding (second class) of steel cages & gates Operate an overhead crane and forklift Accurately pick and pack orders Load and unload trucks for customers or our drivers Promote and contribute to a safe workplace To be successful in this role you will value collaborative working environments and promote a safety-first culture.
You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires attention to detail and time management skills to meet KPIs.
