**Content Designer**

Charterhouse has partnered with a leading higher education provider who are looking for a Content Designer to join a high performing project team working on a website uplift to create excellent digital experiences for new and existing customers.
- Full time, 12 month fixed term contract opportunity

**About you**:

- Experience in crafting, composing, revising, and assessing website content catering to diverse audiences and platforms, aligning with user behaviour and goals.
- Proven understanding of user journey mapping, content composition, content structuring, and alignment.
- Demonstrated expertise and comprehensive grasp of SEO strategies and website accessibility benchmarks.
- Hands on experience with Adobe tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target can offer significant advantages.
- Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal finesse, negotiation prowess, analytical acumen, and adept problem-solving abilities.

**About the role**:

- Collaborate closely with UX designers and fellow digital team members to ensure the University's web content is finely tuned to user requirements, bolstering Marketing and Communications objectives.
- Devise and shape proposals for information framework and page material, encompassing prioritization of messaging, content arrangement, and user interfaces across both fresh and existing websites.
- Ensure that content design on the University's flagship websites is user-centric, optimized for performance (both in terms of SEO and UX), and guided by data-driven insights and analytics.
- Undertake research and competitor analysis to ascertain the most effective content structuring, and provide recommendations for essential adjustments to enhance the website's information architecture.
- Leverage Adobe Analytics reports to propose and execute strategies for refining content design across the platform.
- Relocate content to novel website components and establish guidelines to ensure optimal utilization of these elements for the AEM author community.
