**Experienced Female (client preference) Support Worker - Balwyn VIC**

Absolute In Home Care is seeking a **reliable and experienced female support worker** to provide personalised in-home care for a lovely client living with her husband in Balwyn.

**Shift Available**:
**Monday 9am - 5pm**:

- Ongoing weekly shift with a consistent client you'll get to know and support long-term._

**About the Role**:
We're looking for someone calm, confident and compassionate with solid experience supporting individuals with **Epilepsy** and **PTSD**.

You'll be assisting with:
? Creating a safe, positive and engaging environment
? Providing emotional support and companionship
? Personal care and daily routines
? Domestic tasks - light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation (check for allergies)
? Community access and social engagement

**Client-Specific Requirements**:
Must love dogs (pet in home)
Absolutely **no smoking or vaping** (including smell on clothes or in car)
No perfumes or strongly scented products

**About You**:
Experienced in disability, mental health or aged care
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Cert III in Individual Support, Disability or Aged Care _(preferred)_
Driver's licence + insured, reliable vehicle
Excellent communication and time management
