- 256001Our client, a leader in the Superannuation domain, is seeking an experienced Change Manager with an HR background to join their team.
In this role, you will be working across the People Stream in Investment, focusing on simplifying and consolidating the employee experience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic change initiatives and drive change acceptance and adoption within the organization.
**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience as a Change Manager or in a similar role.
- Previous experience managing the delivery of change, including small projects or a stream within a larger project.
- Strong background in HR, with an understanding of employee experience in the Superannuation domain.
- Successful track record in implementing strategic change initiatives and driving change acceptance and adoption.
- Familiarity with change management principles, frameworks, tools, and templates.
- Ability to conduct impact assessments and develop change and communication plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to suit the needs of different audiences.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
