The role of Customer Care Consultant involves providing personalized and timely assistance to Angle Auto customers during critical moments.
This includes engaging with customers to deliver tailored service, building trust through honesty, and understanding their needs.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute proactively to innovation and continuous improvement to enhance quality, efficiency, risk management, and compliance by collaborating with cross-functional teams.Maintain accurate record-keeping and data quality.Assist relevant teams with administrative processes.Enhance customer service experience through innovation, productivity, and efficiency, fostering a customer-focused culture.Manage service requests and provide documents such as Payout Letters, Statements, Finalisation Letters, Amortisation Schedules, and Contracts.Qualifications & ExperienceTertiary qualification in Administration, Business, or related field is advantageous but not required.Experience in a customer-focused role, such as retail or contact centers.Strong typing skills with high speed and accuracy, along with professional email etiquette.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional interpersonal skills, including relationship development.Ability to connect with customers, build relationships, and guide conversations to solutions.Employee BenefitsBirthday leave: Enjoy a day off on your birthday.Health and wellbeing leave: Take time for your health.Volunteering day: Dedicate a day to causes you care about.
