About the role We're seeking a Senior Recoveries Performance Officer, to support debt recovery operations through stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and performance monitoring.You'll join a team that drives operational outcomes, collaborates across partners, and supports leaders in delivering efficient and effective credit solutions.As our Senior Recoveries Performance Officer, you'll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities.

(Position can be based in our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane office)(Fixed-term position available)Day-to-day, you will: Driverevenue growth through strong engagement with internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrate prior leadership in guiding teams through strategic change, with a focus on process innovation, performance uplift, and cross-functional collaborationManage debt service agreements to ensure partner agencies meet or exceed performance targetsEvaluate data and operational trends to inform strategy, enhance recovery outcomes, and support team capability buildingLead process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiencyDeliver engaging presentations to senior stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to communicate performance insights, strategic updates, and operational recommendationsThis role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including: Proven experience in credit management, including high-volume, low-value transactions, and a solid understanding of credit processes, relevant legislation, and legal recovery proceduresDemonstrated ability to lead or support teams through strategic initiatives focused on process improvement and performance optimisationStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights using tools like Excel, Tableau and SQLEffective communication and presentation skills, with confidence in leading meetings and presenting to senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teamsStrong vendor management, including monitoring SLAs, ensuring compliance, and driving performanceHigh-level problem-solving capability, with a track record of leading internal improvement projects and managing stakeholder relationshipsIf you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.
