You will support the Bondi team with a variety of tasks, blended with customer service and administrative duties. We love to have fun and enjoy laughing, some would say we are serious about what we do, but not so much about ourselves. This role is perfect for someone looking for stability and longevity. Therefore, we are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering high end service but also looking long term. **The Role**

You will work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 9am-5.30pm as well as Saturdays 9am-1pm.

In this role, you will provide coverage to the front-of-house administration processes. Being a dynamic superstar through answering national inbound calls, and directing them through to the most suitable desk. Providing exceptional client service and creating a first-class environment for all clients and visitors, you will quickly become a familiar face and voice within Little and the community.

You will report into the Office Manager of the Bondi office, who will support your development with on-the-job coaching.

**A Day In The Life**
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Answer incoming calls and queries
- Key coordination of administration processes
- Correspondence and mail
- Marketing and general admin support to the team
