**Your new role**

As a Project Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating transformative projects. You'll work closely with stakeholders, analyse business requirements, and drive change management initiatives to achieve the goals.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Officer or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, change management principles, and business analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging work environment, with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
