Position Summary:

- Assist with the Club Lounge service period, tending bar and serving food to guests, fueling their curiosity and inspiring brilliance
- Receive daily updates on hotel requests and action accordingly
- Ensure the Club Lounge is presentable and clean at all times
- Assist with serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, feeling empowered to make an impact
- Understand guest requirements, engaging and inspiring guests with each customer experience
- Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks showcasing your readiness to adapt to any situation
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings

About You:

- An up-to-date RSA
- Relevant experience in a similar role
