The Executive Club Lounge host plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience by providing attentive service, personalised attention, and seamless hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome VIP and Executive Floor guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Provide personalised service including check-in/check-out assistance, concierge recommendations, and handling guest requests with efficiency and discretion.
  • Maintain the presentation, cleanliness, and atmosphere of the lounge at all times.
  • Oversee the food and beverage offerings, ensuring timely replenishment and high standards of quality.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve any concerns with discretion and grace.
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and VIP guest preferences.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Impeccable grooming and a gracious attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Must hold a valid Victorian RSA
