The Opportunity

Join Resolution Life's Customer Area as part of the Superannuation and Investment Administration Team, where you'll play a key role in delivering seamless support to customers and financial advisers. This 12-month fixed-term opportunity will see you manage administrative functions that are essential to maintaining financial products. Your daily responsibilities will include processing requests with efficiency, resolving inquiries and complaints, liaising with key internal stakeholders, and ensuring service standards are met. With direct connections to advisers, finance teams, product administrators, and tech support, you'll contribute to enhancing operations and risk management.

In this role, collaboration is key, as you'll work closely within a team committed to maintaining high service standards. You'll continuously expand your knowledge of systems and financial products while adhering to privacy principles and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you'll provide input on system enhancements and operational improvements that directly impact team efficiency. Your ability to support decision-making, contribute to process changes, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships will be vital in ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Your Story- Good knowledge of the Financial Services industry- Professional communication skills, able to develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Ability to be adaptable and ensure complete customer satisfaction- Ability to follow processes and systems to ensure high degree of accuracy while looking for improvements- Excellent time management skills with demonstrated ability to multitask, quickly adapt and organise work loads- High attention to detail in regard to documentation and data entry- Demonstrated understanding of service standards and consistent achievement of them- Competent in Microsoft programs with advanced Excel skills; ability to do VLOOKUP, formulas- High integrity and business ethics demonstrated- A proven team member with excellent and adaptive partnering skills; team oriented but capable of independence and autonomy- The capability to embrace unique work styles and needs of team members- Support agile technological infrastructure- Ability to embrace opportunities to learn and create a culture of collaboration and cooperation
