Receptionist/Optical Assistant - Collin & Kirk OptometristsPart-time: Monday to Wednesday | Rosanna, VIC Collin & Kirk Rosanna are looking for an enthusiastic and patient focused Optical Receptionist/Assistant to join our team.
What you'll be doing:Greet patients with warmth and professionalism.Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and enquiries.Assist patients in choosing frames and lenses that suit their prescription, lifestyle, and sense of style.Maintain accurate records, billing, and invoicing.Provide support with ordering, stock control, and product knowledge.Deliver follow up services such as frame adjustments and minor repairs.About you:Previous optical or reception experience preferred, but not essential.Strong communication and organisational skills.A friendly, compassionate manner with patients.An interest in fashion and eyewear trends.A keen eye for detail and accuracy.Why join us?
