About You as Optical Receptionist / Sale / Dispenser

  • No optical experience required for the Optical sales / assistant role, but sales experience in other industry will be highly desirable.
  • A passion for providing the highest standards of customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Team player
  • Willing to learn and grow.
  • Good Standards of personal presentation
  • Initiative, punctuality and reliability
  • Flexible to work retails hours which may include late nights and weekends.
  • Multi-language is desirable (e.g. Mandarin & Cantonese) but not essential.
