Role Description
This is a full-time, Hybrid role located in Melbourne, VIC for a Sales & Business Development Manager (BDM).
The Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and developing strategic sales plans.
Daily tasks include meeting potential clients, conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the project management team to ensure client satisfaction.
The role also involves achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
Sales and negotiation skills
Experience in business development and customer relationship management
Market research and strategic planning abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Experience in the commercial flooring or construction industry is an advantage
