APCO Epping has an opening for a customer-focused and motivated person with a passion to work in retail environment sales, customer service and stock inventory.

APCO Service Stations continue to work on delivering great products and services to customers and communities in a friendly, quick, and efficient manner while complying with all standards and policies.

We are looking for a customer service person also stock controller to manage our stock inventory and maintaining sales reports and purchasing invoices.

You are required to do weekly stock taking, weekly short/ over reports and analyse to find solutions to prevent after sales short stock or over. Also checking the reports to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS).

Need to be good in numbers, have strong work ethics, commitment to customer service and demonstrated organisational and leadership skills.

Responsible / reliable, pay attention to details of procedures and tasks and perform duties as requested by the Area Manager / Store Manager

We need staff on Permanent Part Time at the beginning the Full-time basis if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $52.00 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
