Grounds & Maintenance Officer; Casual Role
We're on the lookout for a proactive and reliable
Grounds & Maintenance Officer
to help keep our holiday park looking its best and running smoothly.
From lush gardens to well-kept facilities, your work will directly contribute to the experience of our guests and residents.
This is a casual position with the potential for extra hours during peak seasons; ideal for someone who enjoys variety and flexibility.
What You'll Be Doing:
Maintain our grounds through mowing, pruning, planting, and pest control to create a welcoming outdoor space.
Perform general repairs and upkeep across the site, including accommodation, pool areas, and equipment.
Carry out regular WHS checks and ensure all maintenance activities are documented properly.
Work closely with your team, respond to resident queries, and help foster a respectful, positive workplace.
Coordinate contractor work and help maintain high standards within budget.
What We're Looking For:
Solid experience in building and grounds maintenance, with a calm and practical approach to problem-solving.
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
Comfortable with physical tasks like lifting, bending, and using tools across varied terrain.
Awareness of safety protocols, PPE, and safe handling of chemicals and machinery.
