**The Role**: Grounds and Maintenance Officer
Based at Macarthur Gardens in Campbelltown, this full-time role plays a key part in keeping our village safe, welcoming, and well-maintained. Each day offers the chance to make a visible impact in a community our residents are proud to call home.
You'll work as part of a supportive, close-knit team that's committed to creating an environment where people can truly thrive.
**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Maintaining village grounds with care; mowing, gardening, and general upkeep
- Performing minor repairs and maintenance across village buildings and shared spaces
- Driving the village van to local shops and on outings, ensuring residents stay connected to their community

**What We're Looking for**:

- Previous experience in groundskeeping or maintenance, ideally within retirement living, aged care, or community settings
- A self-starter who can work independently and take initiative

- Physically capable of performing hands-on, active work
- A valid driver's licence (required for transporting residents)
