Join our team within Services division in Australia as Pump Supervisor to help us take Sulzer to the next level.

**Your main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Perform fault diagnosis, strip and survey pumps, identifying parts and assessing condition per QA procedures.
- Pressure test and rebuild pumps to ensure functionality and compliance with relevant standards.
- Lead and mentor department personnel, supporting recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate with Service Center Management to achieve operational targets and ensure efficient job scheduling.
- Maintain long-standing customer relationships and uphold quality and safety standards.
- Participate in business development through meetings and workflow optimisation.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- Trade Certificate III Mechanical Fitter or equivalent.
- 5+ years' experience working with pumps.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- High-level problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage others and manage a team
