Job description:

Join our team within Services division in Australia as Pump Supervisor to help us take Sulzer to the next level.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Perform fault diagnosis, strip and survey pumps, identifying parts and assessing condition per QA procedures.
  • Pressure test and rebuild pumps to ensure functionality and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Lead and mentor department personnel, supporting recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with Service Center Management to achieve operational targets and ensure efficient job scheduling.
  • Maintain long-standing customer relationships and uphold quality and safety standards.
  • Participate in business development through meetings and workflow optimisation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Trade Certificate III Mechanical Fitter or equivalent.
  • 5+ years' experience working with pumps.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • High-level problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage others and manage a team
