**Part Time Permanent Position**

**In-home Personal Care Assistant - Northern suburbs**

We are looking for Full-time care assistant to join our amazing post hospital care team in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. We need someone to work 5 days.

We work on behalf of local hospitals in the Northern suburbs. Our care team provide in-home support to patients after they've been in hospital. The type of work includes:

- Personal care and showering
- Shopping on behalf of the client
- Domestic assistance (light cleaning and meal prep)
- Respite support

We offer many benefits including above industry rates, paid KM's and paid travel time between clients, bonus and incentive payments in addition to your hourly rate, and the security of permanent work with a tier-1 care company. We even have a dedicated post hospital coordination team to support you in your job

**You'll need to have**:
To join our team, you'll need to have:

- A passion for caring
- Minimum of Certificate III in Individual, Disability or Aged Care Support (or 1st year nursing student or overseas doctor/nurse)
- COVID-19 vaccinations
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- National Police Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Employee Working with Children Check

Absolute Care & Health has over 10 year's experience delivering care, support and nursing to people in the community. We provide services for My Aged Care (Home Care Packages) After-Hospital Support Programs, NDIS (disability support), and Transport Accident Commission (TAC).
