**Position Overview**:
We are on the hunt for a seasoned Business Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will oversee the daily operations of our brand new state of art clinic, ensuring we maintain the high standards that Dental Lounge and the Sydney Implant Institute is renowned for.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing daily operations, including patient scheduling, staff management, and inventory control.
- Financial management including budgeting, revenue generation, forecasting, and accounting.
- Maintaining compliance with all industry regulations and standards.
- Training, mentoring, and developing staff to ensure consistent patient care.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
- Implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Improving customer service processes and delivering customer service targets
- Addressing and resolving any patient concerns or complaints professionally.

**Requirements**:

- **Mandatory**: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business/Practice Manager, preferably in a group/multi-location dental or surgical setting operating at least 6+ chairs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using dental software and office management tools.
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with grace and professionalism.
- Tertiary Qualifications in Health care, Business or Management
