About the roleWe're excited to introduce a new volunteer opportunity within CLCN's growing External Communication Division. As our Public Relationship Manager, you'll play a key role in helping us connect with guest speakers, community partners, and award bodies — ensuring our programs are impactful, well-supported, and publicly recognised.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about networking, community-building, and public engagement.
Key responsibilitiesAs Public Relationship Manager, you will:Secure Guest SpeakersSupport CLCN's flagship programs — including the Public Speaking Club and Student Care Initiative — by identifying, contacting, securing, and coordinating external speakers and facilitators.Support Award ApplicationsWork closely with the executive team to identify award opportunities, coordinate submissions, and manage a calendar of key deadlines to raise CLCN's public profile.Build Strategic RelationshipsEstablish and maintain meaningful relationships with community organisations, student clubs, and multicultural networks to increase visibility and foster collaboration.
