About the Role:
RBA's Future Hub organisational change transformation program seeks a highly skilled and experienced senior manager to lead a transformational work program focused on uplifting corporate governance.

As Governance Review Lead, you will lead the development and review of organisational governance structures and processes. This role is critical to support the objectives of strengthened governance and business and operational readiness required to support a new Governance Board.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the baseline review (to be conducted by external consultant) of organizational governance processes, including executive-level committees, delegations, and accountabilities.- Develop the implementation priorities and roadmap reflecting the baseline review recommendations- Develop and implement governance frameworks to support the effective operation of the Governance Board and other boards.- Ensure clear and fit-for-purpose decision-making structures and forums.- Define processes to support governance structures and ensure business teams understand their accountabilities.- Provide expert advice on governance and accountability matters.- Facilitate information flows between boards and management committees.- Collaborate with senior leadership to align governance practices with organizational objectives.- Promote transparency and accountability within the organization.- Lead initiatives to enhance corporate governance, financial management, and risk management practices.- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Experience- Extensive experience in legal, corporate governance, and executive and management accountability.- Strong understanding of executive accountabilities and experience with executive-level committees and delegations.- Experience in project delivery environment, knowledge of planning, delivery risk and issue management- Extensive experience and understanding of stakeholders and how to influence change, strong empathy and understanding of change management- Clear, well organised thinking and planning skills and an ability to collaborate effectively on cross program dependencies and shared deliverables- Ability to work collaboratively with senior business leadership and cross-functional teams.- Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, governance, or a related field.- Demonstrated ability to promote transparency and accountability.
