The successful candidate will provide specialized engineering expertise in the areas of compliance, defect elimination, process control improvements and condition monitoring.Greenbushes Lithium OperationFull Time PositionAbout The RoleThe purpose of this role is to provide electrical reliability engineering support to the fixed plant maintenance department.
The successful candidate will provide specialized engineering expertise in the areas of compliance, defect elimination, process control improvements and condition monitoring.Duties Include, But Are Not Necessarily Limited ToDevelopment of new and existing maintenance strategies and tactics, including plant operational readiness input.Be accountable for the electrical asset condition monitoring program, including input into the asset health program.Lead electrical defect elimination investigations and effectively manage the assigned electrical based failure's/defects.
Including defect assessment/prioritization, RCA facilitation, action assignment and change management.Drive plant performance from an electrical aspect links reliability with in-house process control engineers, the Operational Technology team and the Electrical Projects team.Be the focal point for electrical technical guidance within the fixed plant maintenance support team, providing input into key decisions on asset condition, strategy, process control and project scoping.Provide the fixed plant maintenance department with engineering troubleshooting & mentoring support either directly or by coordinating the input of engineering specialists.About The Candidate5 years' experience in a similar roleA collaborative team player, who openly supports the groups' reliability initiatives and systems of workExperience with Citect/SCADA systemsPrevious experience in the application of reliability methods and techniques gained within relevant industry, including RCA facilitation, RCM application and FMEA/FMECA developmentKnowledge and understanding of Australian Electrical & instrumentation installation Standards, plus industrial safety, engineering standards and codes.Proficient use of CMMS systems such as SAP, AX or other similar software.Ability to establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships with other members of the reliability team and across other departments within the businessBenefitsSome of the many benefits of working with Talison Lithium include:family and lifestyle friendly roster;flexible working environment;income protection insurance;life Insurance for company superannuation employees;attractive parental leave;salary sacrifice options for remote area housing, motor vehicles and superannuation; andparticipation in site performance-based monthly incentive scheme.About Talison LithiumTalison Lithium is the world's leading lithium minerals producer with the world's largest high-grade ore body.Talison Lithium supports many of the community projects, groups and sporting events our employees are involved in.
