**Your Opportunity**:
As the Change and Release Officer you will provide administrative support and coordination for the Change and Release Team within Financial Business Systems.
The Change and Release Officer reports to the Change and Release Manager, Financial Business Systems.
**About the Role**:
Your responsibilities within this role include, but are not limited to:
- Participate in a multi-disciplinary professional team and contribute to deliverables to support the specific scope and objectives of the unit.
- Coordinate change control and release planning activities of business requirements ensuring that they are analysed, assessed for impact, designed, developed, tested and implemented into production within established frameworks, strategies, standards, methodologies and policies.
- Maintain change request and progress tracking in relevant tools and databases.
- Coordinate and consolidate change and release reports, evaluate progress, risks and issues, and report on these items appropriately to management and relevant governance boards.
- Contribute to quality and compliance reviews conducted by the Change and Release Team to ensure the change control process achieves favourable outcomes within existing departmental standards, processes and procedures.
