The
**eCommerce Specialist** is responsible for supporting and managing Blue Illusions eCommerce function, ensuring the channel drives and achieves the desired sales targets and objectives. This role is critical in driving business results and online customer experience. Duties include the uploading and modifying products, implementing promotions and marketing content, conversion rate and performance improvement initiatives, and functionality optimization as required by day to day e-commerce trading.

- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment and strong decision-making skills
- High level of communication, both written and verbal
- Work positively and effectively as part of a team or autonomously
- Ability to multi-task and plan time and workflow effectively
- Shows initiative with new ideas and opportunities
- Extensive experience with practices and techniques related to web merchandising

**We require an Individual with**:

- 3+ years' eCommerce experience ideally within the retail sector with proven results
- Extensive experience with practices and techniques related to web merchandising
- Proven experience with Google analytics & Data Studio
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and backend e-commerce platform management
- Experience in project managing an ecommerce initiative, integrations and product iteration lifecycle
- analytical to provide detail or insight into reporting or business trends and make recommendations to leadership
- Lead vendor and 3rd party management experience
