Job Opportunity for Trainer and Educator

We are seeking an experienced educator with a background in nursing to fill the role of Trainer and Assessor.

  • Deliver structured training sessions to support learners at various levels.
  • Ensure assessment processes are fair, valid, and timely, maintaining accurate records.
  • Facilitate and assess units of competency according to established training plans.
  • Mentor students, providing guidance and support to enhance their learning experience.
  • Adhere to relevant policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and audit requirements.
  • Participate in the review and improvement of training strategies and course materials.
  • Evaluate delivery methods and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Requirements:

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or TAE40116).
  • Current Registered or Enrolled Nurse registration.
  • At least 5 years of industry experience in the nursing or health sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
