We are looking for an experienced operator to join our production team based in Palmwoods. Reporting to the Shift Manager, your primary responsibility will be working on the production line, performing tasks as directed to ensure the efficient production of goods.

Prior experience working in food manufacturing (FMCG)
An ability to follow directions
A self starter, highly motivated
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Safety-first mindset

About the Role

In the position of Manufacturing Operative, you will be responsible for complying with GMP process and operating manufacturing equipment with a high volume output. Along with an ability to inspect product in-process to ensure quality, the required tasks will include but not be limited to;
Repetative tasks with some manual handling
Manage paperwork for both start/shutdown process
Provide samples WIP when requested by Quality Assurance
Record information, complete all daily required paperwork
Cleaning producton area as per process
