**What you'll do**:
The **Client Services Representative **helps with Customer Onboarding and customer support, for our products.

You will identify and meet the needs of Equifax customers and provide a high level of customer support within agreed service levels.

This is a varied role liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and includes providing information and answering questions, explaining products and services, onboarding and support requests for our clients, as well as following internal procedures and relevant legislation for various administrative duties.

You will be joining a small team going through a big transformation in a very important time in our history. This is a genuine opportunity for you to learn, grow and develop with your team who enjoy helping each other meet deliverables.

- Previous experience in a customer service/operational processing
- Have worked with Customer and Client Onboarding
- Excellent written communication skills
- Eye for detail with problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to display tact, diplomacy and confidentiality
- Exceptional time management skills, working well under pressure
- Adaptable to ever changing business needs and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Experience documenting processes and procedures
