**The Role**

This business is seeking a driven individual to join their passionate marketing team and play a pivotal role in shaping their brand strategy.

As a Marketing Coordinator, your contributions will span coordinating seamless event execution, managing brand assets, and overseeing merchandise coordination. You'll be the key link for maintaining consistent brand representation while collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers. Additionally, you will help manage the marketing portal and ensure the smooth coordination of merchandise and collateral for multiple product brands.

**The Responsibilities**
- Efficiently manage marketing collateral for multiple brands while maintaining a well-organised marketing calendar.
- Ensure consistent brand representation by maintaining and updating brand assets for internal and external communications.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of events and promotional opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders for engaging event materials.
- Manage merchandising, including budget, supplier relationships, and internal requests for branded items.
- Cultivate collaborative relationships with internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring smooth experience delivery.
- Enhance user experience through efficient management of the marketing portal, addressing inquiries and issues.
- Manage the marketing inbox and provide ad hoc support to the Marketing Manager.

**About You**
- 3+ years' marketing experience.
- Finance/insurance background highly regarded.
- Experience using Active Campaign highly regarded.
- Experience working with multiple brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail - compliance is paramount in this role
- A creative flair with a passion to learn and develop your existing skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines.
