Reporting to the International HR Director, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to;
- Effectively partner with the business units and their stakeholders
- Support with coordination of the end-to-end recruitment for internal roles.

**The Successful Applicant**:
We are looking for a dedicated HR Manager, who has the skills and experience to proficiently manage
- Three + years of experience in Human Resources
- Preferred Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources or related field
- Strong understanding of national laws related to HR
- Approachable, team orientated and willing to support the team
- A knowledge of organisational effectiveness
- Competency to manage employee relations
