Team Leader – Intensive Family Support (IFS) Maternity Leave Contract | 8 monthsPart-time (67.5 hours/fortnight) | Brisbane North Make a difference where it matters most Join Communify, a leading community services organisation, and step into a leadership role that supports families to build resilience, independence and keep children safe.
This is a fixed-term maternity leave role (8 months) with our Brisbane North Intensive Family Support program, delivered in partnership with Act for Kids.
What you'll do Lead and support a passionate team of IFS practitioners Provide supervision, coaching and practice guidance Oversee case planning, assessments and family interventions Build strong relationships with partner agencies and stakeholders Contribute to program reporting and continuous improvement What you'll bring Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Allied Health (or similar) 5+ years' experience working with children & families in a trauma-informed framework Previous leadership and staff supervision experience Strong understanding of child protection and family support Excellent communication, problem-solving and time management skills Flexibility to meet families outside standard business hours Essential: Current driver's licence, Blue Card eligibility, and criminal history check.
