We are proud to be partnering with a leading Occupational Rehabilitation provider that is looking for a Team Leader.
Our client is experiencing strong growth and expanding its footprint across NSW and WA.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant looking to step into a people leadership role and take their career to the next level.
Benefits: Industry-leading perks: low billables & monthly rewards Competitive salary up to $120,000 + performance bonus (based on experience) Enjoy great work-life balance with flexible WFH Join a high performing business with genuine career progression opportunities The Role: Coach, mentor and lead a team of provisional and registered OTs, Physios and Rehab Consultant Manage a small caseload of clients, completing assessments and delivering case management services, supporting clients to return to their previous and new employment Providing regular, consistent, and high-quality communication to stakeholders to provide the best possible outcomes About you: Allied Health Background 4+ years of rehab consultant experience Have a genuine, caring nature that put customers at the heart of what you do, showing empathy in all circumstances Experience in coaching, mentoring and/or leading Rehabilitation Consultants/Counsellors A true team player with proven coaching, mentoring or leadership experience We believe in the freedom to be our authentic selves and welcome people of all genders, ages, nationalities, ethnicity, sexual orientations, personality, and perspectives to apply for any of our roles.
