*Role Overview*

We are excited to offer a full-time position for an Occupational Therapist eager to contribute to our mission. In this role, you will engage in an array of clinical activities designed to maintain and enhance the functional independence of our clients. Through evidence-based and active interventions, you'll not only support our clients but also forge respectful and joyful connections with them and their families.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Evaluate client needs through detailed assessments focusing on daily living, work, and leisure activities.

- Craft tailored intervention plans to boost clients' autonomy and engagement.

- Recommend and implement therapeutic and adaptive solutions to assist with physical, cognitive, and social challenges.

- Collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary team members to ensure a comprehensive approach to health and well-being.

- Document and review progress, adapting strategies as needed to meet client goals.

- Participate in continuous professional development to stay ahead of industry standards.

*Who We're Looking For*

- Holders of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, recognized nationally.

- Registered with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.

- + 5 years experience, Post graduation in Bobath Method, post-graduation in Sensorial Integration, experience with all ages from children to elderly.

- Experienced in clinical settings, with a knack for critical assessment and a compassionate approach.

- Excellent communicators who value teamwork and community engagement.

- Committed to lifelong learning and professional growth.
