Our client is committed to helping people achieve their full potential in both their personal and professional lives. And therefore they are currently looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join their team.

As the Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with exceptional customer service and supporting your team's high-quality service delivery. You will have true ownership and autonomy in this role and will play a key role in the success of our client's business.

**In this role, your duties will include**:

- Establishing and managing stakeholder relationships proactively to promote exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Demonstrating commercial acumen to drive business growth
- Understanding customer needs and delivering outstanding service in the work and wellness sector
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of workers' compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation

**What you will need**:

- Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehab Counselling, or Sales & Marketing
- Strong interest in customer service in the wellness sector
