**About the Role**

Based in BYD's Sydney office in Macquarie Park, this role will support our **Aftersales Parts** team with Passenger Vehicle parts management and operations. On offer is a **Parts & Logistics Lead** position and your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- In charge of spare parts management, forecasting, ordering and replenishment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Set up initial parts stock for new vehicle model launches.
- Lead the team to optimise parts supply chain operations, and proactively foresee potential risks to ensure efficiency of information flows.
- Work closely with BYD HQ local Aftersales Team, warehouse personnel, and other stakeholders to maintain accurate parts data for timely reordering via **DMS**.
- Analyze inventory level, track ETA of shipment from China, and provide proper updates/solutions for backorders.
- Accurately manage parts stock in/out and logistics claims in **SAP**.
- Address spare part fulfillment issues, and discrepancies in audits, and continuously improve processes for cost savings.

**Key requirements**:

- At least 3-5 years experience in the same/similar role in the auto industry.
- Proficient in computer skills, specifically in Excel (Pivot table, dashboard, etc.)
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and time management skills.
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing workload, especially during periods of high demand.
- Ability and willingness to take ownership of given tasks.
- Experience with SAP and DMS or other similar ERP systems is highly regarded.
