- $100-120k Base + Super + Comms ($180-200k OTE)

Our client has a global footprint with offices and clients right across the globe, you will be joining a business that has just secured funding to build out their team across Australia.

**The Opportunity**:
The BDM will be responsible for driving new business targeting a range of verticals from SME's, Mid Market, Corporate's and Enterprise Consulting Firms. Strategic selling skills are imperative as the position will have significant contact with senior level executives and prospective clients.
In a direct reporting relationship, you will work with the Global CRO in executing on a sales plan which provides a clear roadmap to achieving the regions sales goals. This individual will be responsible for developing regional sales solutions strategies to increase long-term market share.
You will act as a brand ambassador focusing on increasing exposure and building relevant industry relationships which will be a key component of growing market share.
**The Person**:
You will need to be excited about building a region, the company is going through huge growth so it is essential you want to be involved in a fast paced, dynamic environment that is in early expansion phase.
To be considered, you will need to have 3-4yrs + B2B sales experience, ideally you've come from HR Tech, Recruitment, Talent Solutions, Consulting, SaaS or similar.
You will need to have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be extremely well presented given the market that you are targeting.
