Customer Service Concierge

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with bookings
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer issues;
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed;
- Act as primary contact between customers and specialised teams;
**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service role;
- Previous experience in call centre role (advantageous)
- Verbal and written excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Self motivated
- An excellent attitude to working in a team or alone

**Benefits**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.12 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
