The Role

As Chief Concierge, you will lead and inspire the concierge team to deliver an exceptional resident experience that reflects the prestige of Jewel. You will oversee day-to-day operations, develop service standards and procedures, and be the primary contact point for residents, body corporate, and service partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the concierge team, ensuring all services meet luxury standards.
  • Prepare for and manage daily operations, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
  • Resolve resident issues with efficiency, professionalism, and timely follow-up.
  • Establish strong communication and trust with residents.
  • Develop and implement concierge SOPs, training manuals, and operational guidelines.
  • Recruit, roster, and train concierge associates to deliver seamless service.
  • Maintain knowledge of fire, safety, and emergency procedures, ensuring staff are fully trained.
  • Manage mail, parcels, deliveries, and luggage handling with accuracy and care.
  • Maintain neat, organized, and professional workspaces.
  • Oversee contractor and service registers to support resident needs.
  • Manage CRM database and ensure accurate resident records.
  • Liaise with Jewel South Body Corporate, providing reports and updates as required.
  • Monitor supplies, uniforms, and equipment to meet operational needs.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Chief Concierge, Front Office Manager, or similar leadership role in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end residential buildings.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and manage a professional team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine focus on resident satisfaction.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury service standards, body corporate processes, and resident relations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining calm and professionalism.
  • Australian work rights are required for this position.
