As our Concierge at The Star Grand Hotel, you will assist with leading the daily operations of the Porter Valet team to ensure a positive guest experience and promote The Star Gold Coast as a leading entertainment destination.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of both our guests and hotel teams.
Responsibilities- Lead the Concierge desk and Porte-Cochere to ensure the daily operations are efficient and guests are responded to promptly
- Supervise and provide guidance to the Porter Valet team to ensure maximum productivity
- Assist the Chief Concierge to ensure that the highest standards of service are achieved
- Creating a positive work environment that drives motivation, builds morale and teamwork
- Passion to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Experience in a leadership position with the ability to motivate and engage the team
- Knowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera highly regarded)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
