Supervisor / Relief Duty Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional with a passion for hospitality to join our team as a Supervisor / Relief Duty Manager across multiple venues. This role involves overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the venue, with a strong focus on enhancing the customer experience. This is a hands-on position that will require you to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage your team to ensure exceptional service
- Motivate and demonstrate leadership skills to enhance staff enthusiasm
- Conflict resolution and addressing customer complaints
- Report all daily operational issues and information
- Liaise with Management on operational issues
- Opening and closing of the venue - including TAB, Keno, gaming and cash reconciliation

**Skills and Experience**

Skills required but not limited to include:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in hospitality
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to grow a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
- Knowledge of WHS requirements and safe work practices
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and problem solve quickly
- Knowledge of TAB and Keno
- Current RSA, RCG and Advanced RCG
- Current First Aid certificate (preferred but not essential)

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
