Team Global Express understand that good quality experienced Customer Service professionals are a rare resource in the current market and need to be respected and valued. We have an exciting full time permanent opportunity for a Dispatch Co-Ordinator for our Couriers Services division in Belmont.

Not got that much experience but willing to learn? We want to invest in you If you have mínimal on the job experience but have a motivated and positive attitude and want to succeed - we want to hear from you too

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality customer service across our client portfolio, liaise with customers such as JB Hi-Fi, The Good Guys and Fantastic Furniture to coordinate deliveries and liaising with JB Hi-Fi, The Good Guys, Fantastic Furniture and any future customers engaged that require Dispatch services.
- Manage and resolving all customer services enquiries from customers as well as dealing with any driver issues.

Skills & Experience
- Highly self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent professional communication skills with ability to deliver high quality customer service.
- Experience in busy office/warehouse environment.
- Analytically minded with proven ability to problem solve.
- Strong team orientation.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Proficient computer skills
- Available to work weekends
