Based in Melbourne's CBD, this Government organisation is seeking a VPS6 Change Manager to provide temporary support, leading end-to-end people change management, and ensuring the organisation and its people are change ready.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Comprehensive track record leading, designing and managing people related change across large complex organisations
- Demonstrated experience with people related change, including impact assessment, stakeholder mapping, change strategies, business readiness activities and training needs analysis
- Victorian Public Service experience is highly regarded and preferred, however not essential
- Qualifications in PROSCI Change Management, or something similar is an advantage
