Our client is an award winning Australian wine producer,distributing an exceptional global portfolio.

They are seeking a wine sales manager with proven experience working with on and off premise customers.

They need to understand how to grow business through new and existing customer groups in the region.

The ideal person will have a proven sales growth history, be a good communicator, have a strong profit consciousness and be able to develop new customer channels.

Key to success in the role is:

- Strong experience in key account management in similar industry
- Commercial acumen with proven P & L experience
- Ability to generate incremental profit streams
- Demonstrated people management capability
- The ability to develop partnerships and influence key stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to build key customer strategy that delivers quantifiable objectives
- Evaluate & evolve account plans within set timings
- Evaluate brand activations within set timings and budgets to maximise ROI
- The ability to show initiative, prioritise to meet deadlines and build strong lasting internal and external professional relationships
- Be agile and build business with speed and smart strateg
