**About the role**:
**Location - Mooloolah Valley QLD, Australia**
**Salary - AUD 95,000**
We are looking for a **Customer Success Manager** to join our team as our first employee in the **Mooloolah Valley QLD area of Australia**.
This role will be pivotal in BeeHero's expansion into new crop markets.
You build and maintain strong customer relationships and introduce growers to BeeHero's cutting-edge pollination services and our award-winning Pollantion Insight Platform, with a focus on macadamia and avocado.
You will manage the customer onboarding, logistics, renewals, and account expansion.
Most importantly, you'll join an inclusive community of creative, fun-loving, and ambitious individuals, where you can immerse yourself in the fascinating world of honeybees.
The position will require you to travel ~20% of the time
**Requirements**:
- Hold at least a Bachelor degree.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Customer Success within the AgTech industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle customer issues and escalations effectively.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Pay: $95,000.00 per year
