FlexCareers is looking for a highly motivated and savvy **Customer Success Manager **to join our team.
To be successful our Customer Success Manager will:
- Get to know their customer's needs, wishes and dreams. You will be well versed in the value delivered to customers and the problems customers are trying to solve.
- Be able to work cross-functionally and cohesively within the broader team to ensure consistency across our brand & awareness of the products and consulting services.
- Be proactive. Eager to jump in, learn and ensure the account management of our customers. Achieved by understanding the value of being a trusted advisor and a brand ambassador of FlexCareers.
