Staff performance is regularly assessed to confirm that work is up to our professional standard.About The RoleThis person will directly report to the Contracts Supervisor and Manager and will be responsible for managing work completion within a key client contract.Menzies has several P/T roles available waiting for the right people.Being willing and able to pass a National Police Check and as well as a WWCC.Competitive Pay.Responsible for the delivery of superior services to the client satisfactionIdeally reside within the Hume Merri-bek Region.We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals ensuring the performance and completion of periodical works.The position will focus on profitable contract management, whilst ensuring services are delivered to the specified quality standard and to enhance the company's reputation as a premium service provider and risk manager.Main Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesThe role will involve:Understanding our contractual responsibilities in servicing the contract.Complete work/periodical work to a satisfactory standard as per the specifications and compliance within the Contract.Implementing and managing a successful outcome for you to achieve contractual KPIs.Ensuring that services are delivered within our framework for occupational health, safety and sustainability.Skills/Experience RequiredThe ideal candidate is likely to have experience in/ or possess the following skills:Drivers licence.Strong organisational skillsGood project managementCarpet steam cleaningFloor scrubbingStrip and resealing of floorsUse of cleaning machinery/tools.Personal AttributesYou will need to possess the following personal attributes to be successful:Strong outcome focusSelf-starterGood planning and organisationDown to earth team playerGenuine and dedicatedProductively competitiveWork HoursWorking hours flexible during the school vacation.Please apply indicating your availability and preference for work and the days/hours you will be available to work.Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islanders are encouraged to apply.Employee BenefitsHere at Menzies, we expect loyalty, respect, and teamwork between colleagues.
